Is an urban land of 10,604 hectares with stunning views of the sea and mountains, located near Higuerón, belonging to the municipality of Mijas. A detailed study has been approved for a project to build 196 residential townhouses and villas (total buildable area of 20,201). It also includes a commercial area of 414 m2 buildable.
