The deeds say studio, but this ladies and gents is a 1 bedroom apartment. That aside, it´s a corner unit located in Duquesa port where you have virtually everything around the corner - restaurants, bars, the beach, convenience store, pharmacy etc. In addition to the prime location, the apartment has been refurbished and has new appliances throughout, so it could not be any better. Did I mention it is sold fully furnished? The terrace has been built in to create more living area, but can easily be restored, should one desire.
