• Key-holding in secure storage including access to our out of hours’ key safe

When You or Guests Arrive:

• Your holiday home will have been freshly cleaned and prepared for you with the beds made up ready.
• If you are arriving late or would rather not worry about shopping as soon as you arrive then we can arrange for a welcome pack of essential groceries to be waiting for you.
• All towels and linens will be freshly laundered.
• All electrical appliances will have been given a final check.

When You or Your Guests Leave:

• Our team will check all the electrical appliances are working and have been switched off and stored correctly and safely.
• The property will be given a thorough clean with all towels and linens collected to be professionally laundered.
• Any outdoor cushions, loungers or furniture will be brought inside to keep them safe.
• Once everything else is complete the property will be given an all over inspection, checking all doors, windows and shutters to ensure that they are securely shut and locked.
