You enter the property through one stairs where it is built on one level, making it ideal for families with young children and elderly guests. Outside, you will find a private swimming pool with secure fencing, a shaded pergola, built-in barbecue, landscaped garden with lawn and palm trees, plus an extra fridge on the terrace. Inside, there is a spacious living room with air conditioning, fireplace, TV and high-speed internet. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine and breakfast area.The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and a small workspace. The other two bedrooms each have twin beds and air conditioning with both their own bathrooms.The sandy beach is approximately a 10-minute walk away. Shops, restaurants and a supermarket are all nearby. The villa is ideally located for trips to Fuengirola, Mijas, Gibraltar and Málaga Airport (less than 20 minutes away)!
