The property has a side view of the sea and Estepona port is one of the main locations that people head for when taking a holiday in Estepona due to its close proximity to many restaurants, supermarkets, bars, nightclubs, beaches and cafes. For those with young children, the nearby Playa del Cristo with its beach bars offers shallow water, small waves, a sandy beach and a great place for children to make friends.
