This very spacious one storey villa sits on a very large flat plot of land close to town and within walking distance of local restaurants. The rooms throughout this villa are sizeable, there are three bedrooms all ensuite, a lounge with a fireplace and a fitted kitchen. Next to the main house is a one bedroom guest apartment and there is also another building near the private pool which could accommodate another studio apartment or make an excellent outdoor kitchen and bar area. There is also a casita which could be extra accommodation. The plot is very large and has a pond, a pool, covered and open terraces, storage and a driveway leading to a three car garage.
